On request of the Istina Publishing House, written and passed for printing has been a new book authored by a partner of Jurvneshservice Dr Anna Tsirat titled “Guidebook on drafting and conclusion of franchising agreements”. The forthcoming book shall be published in the series “Law and Practice”.
Dr Anna Tsirat,  a recognized expert in the field of franchising, has been advising both national and foreign franchisers and franchisees on the issues relating to setting up and development of franchising networks, risks and opportunities involved, execution of franchising agreements etc.
