A Partner of Jurvneshservice Dr Anna Tsirat spoke at the IBA Annual Confence held 4-9 October in Madrid. 
Her report at the International Sales, Franchising and Product Law Section was dedicated to Franchise Agreements in non EU Eastern European countries. In particular, she touched upon such issues as form requirements, disclosure requirements, content of the franchise agreement, liability before third parties, and renewal and termination of the franchise agreement.
The Annual IBA Conference is one of the events in the international  legal community gathering lawyers and other legal professionals from all over the world to discuss the most vital issues.
