Law Firm “Jurvneshservice” completed legal due diligence of V National Contest “Benefactor of the Year – 2011”.
National Contest “Benefactor of the Year” was founded in 2007. Its goal is to promote benefaction in Ukraine as socially important phenomenon by supporting and encouraging benefaction initiatives.
Nomination for the Contest is performed by recipients of beneficent or by benefactors themselves. Estimation of applications and determination of winners is performed by independent experts in benefaction and business.
Legal due diligence of the Contest is carried out to guarantee impartiality of jury decisions. It is conducted by Law Firm “Jurvneshservice”, which enjoys fruitful cooperation with “Benefactor of the Year” Contest since 2009. Legal due diligence of V National Contest “Benefactor of the Year – 2011” was carried out by Law Firm “Jurvneshservice” as well.

Anna Tsirat, a partner to Jurvnveshservice has successfully finished a range of administrative cases in favor of her client New World Grain Ukraine at the Kyiv courts (County Administrative Court of the city of Kyiv and Kyiv Appeal Administrative Court) this November. Dr. Tsirat has cancelled decisions of the tax authorities as to accrual of fines for almost of USD 1 million in total.
