Succesful outcome of administrative procedure
Anna Tsirat, a partner to Jurvnveshservice has
successfully finished a range of administrative cases in favor of her client
New World Grain Ukraine at the Kyiv courts (County Administrative Court of the
city of Kyiv and Kyiv Appeal Administrative Court) this November. Dr. Tsirat
has cancelled decisions of the tax authorities as to accrual of fines for
almost of USD 1 million in total.
