The winners of the “Accountant of the Year 2010” are determined.
To take part in the competition experts in the area of accounting and audit were to prepare and send to the organizers the article on accounting and taxation of business operations, management account and budgeting, protection of financial interests of taxpayers in dealing with tax and other regulatory bodies.
In the nomination: "For the most professional advice in accounting and taxation" the winner was Olga Kostina, the chief accountant of Law Agency "Jurvneshservice " with her article "The reorganization of the enterprise by the way of spin-off: legal, accounting and tax aspects".

Succesful outcome of administrative procedure

Anna Tsirat, a partner to Jurvnveshservice has successfully finished a range of administrative cases in favor of her client New World Grain Ukraine at the Kyiv courts (County Administrative Court of the city of Kyiv and Kyiv Appeal Administrative Court) this November. Dr. Tsirat has cancelled decisions of the tax authorities as to accrual of fines for almost of USD 1 million in total.
