Pursuant to the Decree of the Cabinet No. 445 of May 6, 2009, the Rules of Entry, Exit and Transit through Ukraine by Foreigners and Stateless Persons, have been amended and the List of countries the citizens of which shall prove their financial security for the visit to Ukraine and transit through its territory has been approved.
The above amendments are referred to the term of sojourn in Ukraine by foreigners without extra registration out of the state border check point.
Previously, a foreigner might stay in Ukraine without extra registration for 180 days within a year, but now this term has been reduced to 90 days within half a year.
